Overthinking is not good!

In many of my posts I believe that I stated numerous times that I have been stressing and that my grades are bad. Also that I am not able to focus on school and that I didn't know why. I believed that my grades were slipping and I was scared because of that. However, recently I noticed that my grades were better than expected. A's or B's in my classes. I caused myself way more stress than I should've had because of overthinking. I realized that all I need to do is do exactly what the professors are asking us to do and turn it in on time. If I do all of that then my grade should be fine. Im a big procrastinator so thats what also causes me to overthink. Sometimes I do my work just before its due and I get a really good grade or its the total opposite and its not good at all. I received a B+ on my presentation for my communication class that I have mentioned before in my previous blogs. In all honesty I was overthinking that grade too. I was expecting a low be or high C, but to my surprise it was higher. Another experience is for our first essay in English. I remember doing exactly what professor hall asked us to do. I forgot all about that essay until my friends told me that he posted up our grades. To my surprise, I received a 90%. It would have had higher grade but I slacked and had 5% deduction from my final grade causing me to receive 90% instead. But thats my fault that I learned from.
